Bethany 101 is designed for anyone interested in learning more about our church - who we are, what we believe, and how to take next steps towards connection. Most of all we want to get to know each other and always hope that participants will continue to see each other outside of class. Intended for those seeking membership in the church, Bethany 101 will be helpful to those either transferring from another church or joining a church for the first time.

Kristy Champagne and her husband Gerard enjoyed making friends in this fall’s Bethany 101 class. Here’s a first hand report from Kristy:

“Linda and Jacque did a great job of setting a relaxed, warm tone. You were informative, warm, available, interested, and a pleasure to be with. And now (after becoming part of the Women’s Bible Study), I get to see you Tuesday mornings, too.

It was a good idea to give people a choice of all-in-one weekend or 4 weekly Sunday morning gatherings. I liked the small group format, so we could get acquainted.

Our group was filled with people that I look forward to seeing again. We had Max and Risa and their three children over, and had lots of fun, especially when their youngest happily identified the little beige cube in the blocks as tofu!”
